Project Overview
Scope: Ground-up construction of two modern townhomes on an urban Coconut Grove site, each with open-plan living, private outdoor spaces, and full interior fit-out.
Focus: Maximize livability and light within a narrow townhouse format — two independent homes that feel spacious, warm, and connected to their outdoor spaces.
Result: Two refined residences with open-plan kitchens and living areas, private pools and patios, and durable, low-maintenance construction designed for long-term Coconut Grove living.
Kitchen & Dining
Large central islands anchor each kitchen and connect cooking to casual dining, with light wood cabinetry, quartz waterfall-edge countertops, integrated appliances, and pendant lighting overhead — opening directly to the living area and outdoor patio.
Living Areas
Open-plan living rooms connect directly to kitchens and outdoor patios through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Neutral flooring, recessed lighting, and custom built-ins keep the main level calm, functional, and spacious.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary suites on the upper floors are positioned for privacy and natural light, with walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, clean-lined wood vanities, and large-format tile throughout. Secondary bedrooms are designed with flexibility for family, guests, or home office use.
